- Cover baking sheet with parchment paper
- Mix together all ingredients in mixing bowl
- Put mixture into ziplock bag, and make small cut in bottom corner of bag.
- Pipe yogurt into dots onto parchment paper
- Put in freezer and let harden for 2-3 hours
- Enjoy! Store leftovers in freezer-safe container
Notes
- This is the pineapple sauce we have found that works great.
- If you prefer the recipe to be sweeter, swap to sweetened yogurt, or double the pineapple sauce!
- Mix in minced strawberries or mangos to add some more flavor!
- Make into frozen yogurt bark instead of bites! Spread on parchment paper in one big layer before freezing. After they are hardened, crack into pieces and store in freezer-safe container.
