Pineapple Coconut Frozen Yogurt Bites

Easy, customizable pineapple coconut frozen yogurt bark perfect for a healthy and refreshing summer treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups greek yogurt whole milk, unsweetened
  • ½ cup pineapple sauce
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut shredded
  • 1 teas vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Mixing bowl
  • Quart sized ziplock bag

Method
 

  1. Cover baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Mix together all ingredients in mixing bowl
  3. Put mixture into ziplock bag, and make small cut in bottom corner of bag.
  4. Pipe yogurt into dots onto parchment paper
  5. Put in freezer and let harden for 2-3 hours
  6. Enjoy! Store leftovers in freezer-safe container

Notes

  • This is the pineapple sauce we have found that works great.
  • If you prefer the recipe to be sweeter, swap to sweetened yogurt, or double the pineapple sauce!
  • Mix in minced strawberries or mangos to add some more flavor!
  • Make into frozen yogurt bark instead of bites! Spread on parchment paper in one big layer before freezing. After they are hardened, crack into pieces and store in freezer-safe container.
